Elizabeth Weinberg is a nonfiction and fiction writer based in Portland, Oregon. Her writing has appeared in The Rumpus, The Appendix, PANK Magazine, The Toast, and other publications, and she has worked on several literary magazines, including the Intentional, the New Haven Review, and the Seattle Review. She holds an MFA in creative writing from the University of Washington and currently serves as the writer/editor/social media coordinator for NOAA’s Office of National Marine Sanctuaries. She prefers sports in which she goes relatively quickly in a more-or-less straight line.
